About Our Organization
We are a youth organization based in Gaziantep, located in the South East Anatolia region of Turkey. Our region is geographically disadvantaged and considered underserved. Many young people here face limited access to education, career guidance, and financial opportunities.
Our mission is to support youth development and help young people build strong skills for their future.
What We Do
We focus on:
Youth skill development
Entrepreneurship training
Language courses
Business development planning
Career guidance and mentoring
We organize business development trainings and workshops to help young people turn their ideas into real projects. We support them in:
Preparing business plans
Understanding available funding programs
Learning how to access financial resources
Connecting with relevant institutions and support mechanisms
Our main goal is to encourage entrepreneurship and economic independence among youth.
Our Team
Our organization has:
1 full-time paid staff member
16 active volunteers from different professional sectors
Some of our volunteers previously worked at KOSGEB and regional development agencies. Their experience allows us to provide high-quality guidance, especially in entrepreneurship, grants, and public funding programs.
Our Approach
We operate with an open-door policy. Any young person who needs guidance can visit our main office and receive free consultancy support.
We believe that empowering youth with knowledge, skills, and access to resources is the key to sustainable regional development.
